So the reason why Ahsoka Tano is there is that she is trying to hunt down Thrawn. At the end of Rebels animated series, Ahsoka Tano is trying to get Ezra back who was kidnapped by Thrawn. Also Ahsoka Tano also isn't a jedi anymore so that is why she promised to get Grogu the best training she could offer by having them go to the old jedi temple instead.
